I cannot believe how poor Ricketts has been since joining Leeds he's scored one goal and can only get on the bench all i can say is at least he didn't cost anything ,get Smithy back!!!!!!!!!

Ricketts does need more chances, like you say he can only get on the bench - how can he be expected to score regularly from there?
