Some World Cup Qualifier Trivia I found:

70 total number of qualifiers played (26-24-20 all-time record)

1985)
10 total qualifying victories on the road (10-19-11)
7 current streak of qualifying games without a loss (the USA's
all-time record unbeaten streak is 10)
6 most goals scored in qualifying by an individual (Willy Roy, 1970 &
1974 qualifying; followed by Eric Wynalda's 5 qualifying goals, and four
players with 4 goals, including Brian McBride)
4 total qualifying losses for the U.S. in their last 33 games, dating
all the way back to 1980 (17-4-12)
3 total losses in 9 all-time qualifying matches in Central America
(2-3-4; both victories in Honduras, 1966 & 1990 qualifying)
2 total victories in 13 all-time opening road qualifiers (2-8-3; only
2 victories came in first and latest attempts, 1934 & 1998 qualifying)

what really caught my eye was that the leading scorer only had 5 goals ( wynalda )
and then Mcbride is one of the four with four i think when he comes back he will beat the record in this camaign also the way jones has been i see him beating that also what do u think ???

I got the information from the Turn US On campaign email I get. You can sign up for it at the US site. They email you the televised game information for the men and womens team. This was at the bottom of their last email.

I think both McBride and Cobi are going to do exceptionally well. Cobi has really honed his game the last year and a half, particulary this current season. I think he will put the ball in the net regularly.
