WELL THE US IS JUST ABOUT TO BEGIN THERE WORLD CUP QUAL CAMPAIGN THE 1ST GAME IS ON SUNDAY IN GUATEMALA THE GAME WILL BE TELEVISED ON ESPN2 AT 12 CENTRAL TIME.

IN MY OPINION THE US SHOULD NOT BE IN TOO MUCH OF TROUBLE ALTHOUGH YOU CAN NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE YOUR OPPONET BUT THE LAST TIME WE SAW THEM I BELIEVE THE US WON 3-1 IN THE STATES DURING LAST YEARS NIKE CUP UM WE PLAYED A SOLID GAME AND DID NOT HAVE THAT MUCH TROUBLE. IN MY OPINION THE US NEEDS TO KEEP POSSESSION OF THE BALL AND THEY SHOULD LET REYNA WORK HISD MAGIC I DONT KNOW WHO WILL REPLACE MCBRIDE SINCE HE IS HURT RIGHT NOW BUT COBI JONES WHO HAS BEEN ON FIRE FOR THE NATIONAL TEAM WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE ONE OF THE STARTING STRIKERS AS FOR THE REST OF THE SQUAD IT WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE THE SAME TEAM THAT FACED MEXICO IN THE US CUP WITH A FEW CHANGES ANYWAY IN I THINK IT WILL BE A 2-0 VICTORY

I'd guess Cobi and Earnie will be the starting strikers. 1-0.

i would probally agree that jones and stewart will start upfront and i wonder who will take joe max-moore's place since earnie will probally be playing up front and since ben is hurt ramos ??? i would really like to see what him and reyna can do and lewis should be on form as usual and i hope arena uses hejduk as a sub if not starting him becasue in the mexico game he was a hige spark plug for the team not to mention olsen was too but he is out due to injury and who do u think will anchor the defense now that agoos is gone Pope is back and so i think he will start

I would guess Ramos, if he is match fit. If he is not, I would expect to see him off the bench. I also think Hedjuk is better off the bench.

i agree 100% hejduk is much better of the bench and for now i think olsen is too but he is gonna be a big time player if the US is to do well in the World Cup but both of them are such spark plugs comming of the bench and they arre kinda of like preki was a few years back they would come in in the 2nd half and just bring so much

I agree on your comparison of Hedjuk and Olsen to Preki. Preki could have offered so much if he had gotten over his ego problem. Olsen is going to be one of our future stars.
