Hey, I am sure everyone has seen the Big Green, or at least heard of it. You know the scenes where the rival team throws in by doing a hand spring off the ball, and catapulting it 30 some yards. It was pretty sweet, and I have seen people actually do it. Long story short i tried it and in a matter of seconds on my as* in complete agony. ever since i ve been too scared to try again. So if any one knows how to do this, please give me some tips.

Pace!

I've never seen this, but I suppose I can picture it.
It sounds like you first of all need to be able to perform a flip without a ball. Then you must have strong enough hands and wrists in order to perform the flip while planting your hands ontop of the ball.
The momentum generated will allow you to project the ball further than you would a normal throw in.

Can this be done in a normal game?
