well it's going back a bit, i was 11 years old it was the 1982 world cup semifinal, germany v france, i was in my bedroom but could hear a lot of hootin and hollering in the other room where my dad and uncle were watching the game, i got up and watched and have been hooked ever since, that was the 1st world cup match i saw and to this day i'd say it was the best match i ever saw, germany came back from 3-1 down in extra time to win in the world cups 1st ever penalty shootout, before that i knew next to nothing about football( i live in australia), in those days when the world cup was on they'd show the oppening match, the 2 semi's and the final, besides that every year they'd show the english F.A cup final which i had no interest in at all, but the t.v and media coverage has gotten 100 times better since then and we get the entire world cup live now. viva progress.

I just started to play a lot from when I first went to school, and with that came the interest in the professional games.

I don't really follow football that much, or any other sport for that matter. Like, I couldn't tell you who played or won over the weekend. I really enjoy the sport, but am simply not a "fanatic" of one team.
I started playing in the 3rd grade during recess. We played so much that our principle obtained tickets for us once to watch an indoor game.
I probably only started playing because I would see my uncles glued to the TV as they watched Mexican soccer. Back then I liked Cruz Azul, and I suppose I still do but no more than I like any other team.
I wish I had time to follow sports, fortunately or unfortunately, I have other priorities.

If you want to you should! Sport's there to be enjoyed, so by all means do - everyone deserves some leisure time!

I enjoy them whenever I can.
I work long hours and have a family. When I'm not working, I try to spend as much time with them as I can. Sports can wait.
Again, it's all a matter of priorities.
