pumas are a young team and were last years champions. Their most popular players are kikin fonsceca and joaquin beltran who is the captain and should be on mexico's national team.but by far the most popular is the coach hugo sanchez

I think the game was really balanced in ball possession and chances of goal. Pumas won because they played well, and they played as if it was a World Cup final, Pumas deserved to win that game.

btw did mexico qualified for the 2006 WC?

The first qualifier against San Vicente was supposed to be played today in Pachuca, México, but it has been delayed because the San Vicente players couldn't take a flight from Miami to México City.

But chances are México will qualify, the rivals in its group should be easy to beat and the only threat is USA since Costa Rica hasn't been playing good lately.
