anti virus programs

Currently my computer is acting really strange and i was think of getting some kind of anti virus program. does any body know what is the best free one and not free one ?

The best or one of the best free antivirus is 'avast!'.

It found 71 viruses on my pc!! :dead:

Hmn, sounds like the problem is that you're computer wants to support Real Madrid and it is trying to tell you that it thinks you should to.. but if (on the odd chance) it is a virus, heres the solution: FREE ANTIVIRUS SCANNER!

It's called housecall and it's awesome, it runs in you're web browser and is a bonafide antivirus solution (it's made my Trendmicro)... take a look at it, you'll dig it.
