This is no disrespect to Scholes, Giggs and Keane but Nedved is simply better than all three of them. Beckham in my mind is the only midfielder that has more class than Nedved. :)

If Nedved had one foot, he could probably outplay this guy. Beckham and Nedved are similar in a way, it's just that Nedved is quicker, but Beckham's crosses are just lethal.
I dont have to comment on Keane ... do I ? Saying that a cripple like Keane is better than Nedved is absurd. Then ... Giggs , he is a man I have a lot of respect for, a very good and skilled player. He has very similar style of play to ex AC Milan player Dejan Savicevic.

I did not have much time when I typed that message, so I didnt quite get my point accross.
I'm not saying their better, just that we dont need anyone else in the midfield, if we need anybody, its in defence, but even thats not 'too' bad.
I personnally think Scholes is very under-rated, if you watch him week-in week-out like me you would see that he is class. The only reason he is not noticed is because he chooses not too be, shying away from the limelight.
United also have some promising youngsters on the way, Luke Chadwick, Johnathan Greening, Wes Brown...
I also think United could do with someone more deadly in front of goal, Cole is good, but like some people say, if he scored nearly every chance he got, he would probably be the world leading goalscorer every year.

i would have nedved on the bench (at least at the beginning). i would never play him on either wing over beckham or giggs. you would be an idiot to ever take out keano because he hold the midfield together. the only place i would play him is over scholes. but i think scholes is a better goal scorer and is really valuable to the united attack. but if scholes wasn't playing well or we needed to get the strikers more chances to score than i would not hesitate to put nedved in over scholes. plus if he is on the bench he can be a substitute for any of the united 4 is any of them were to be hurt in the match.
