Sorry, but just because Vieri does a few passes leading to tap-ins doesn't make him a playmaker. You obviously don't know what does playmaking involve. Playmaking involves a wide range of passing, careful positioning and times movements. Vieri hanging around the penalty box or upfield waiting for a pass isn't the job profile for a playmaker. If everyone who made a pass that lead to a goal was considered to be a playmaker then I guess you if Matrix did a long-ball leading to a goal, that clumsy kluts would be a playmaker too right??

And yet, I'm willing to bet that not only is my knowledge of football much more vast than his, but my playing abilities are also beyond what he can dream of...:rolleyes: It's kinda rare though, that an Indian like me is much more crazy about football than cricket.

Actaully I hear the AFC are making strides in asian football. But I know what you mean about India and cricket, big fish in small pond you know :D You know the it's same in Australia, soccer is a sleeping giant here, we're world champs in cricket, netball, and rugby, but the soccer one is something we've missed by a mile :D I only watched the highlights of the cricket final, not much a spectator of cricket, too boring for me IMO. Anyways I rather Australia and India meet in the World Cup final of the soccer kind :D
