Inter agree Peralta deal

Internazionale have reached agreement with Nacional to sign Uruguayan wonder-kid Horacio Peralta.

Nerazzurri technical director Marco Branca admitted that a deal is imminent.

"We shall soon see if he will arrive in January or next July," said Branca.

"He is an attacker of great quality, who is equally comfortable as a central midfielder or a forward."

According to reports in the Italian media, Peralta will sign a five-year contract and will cost Inter as little as €3 million.

11/21/2003. Internazionale are the mere formality of a signature away from completing the capture of Uruguayan wonder-kid Horacio Peralta from Nacional Montevideo.

Nerazzurri technical director Marco Branca admitted that a deal is imminent and even went as far as suggesting that the massively talented but also notoriously temperamental 20-year-old could arrive in time for the decisive half of the season.


According to the certain sections of the Italian media, Peralta will put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract and will arrive in Milano for the knockdown price of €3 million.
