Just a quick post to wish porto all the best for the Champions League Final against AS Monaco. I think its safe to say that the majority of Rangers fans would like to see Porto win, not just because they thrashed celtic in the UEFA cup final last year, but because we can appreciate good football like the type Porto play. We can also recognise greatness and Jose Mourinho has this. Chelsea are getting a great coach for next year if the rumours are to be believed. The ideal result would be a Porto win and Dado Prso to come through it without injury as he will be wearing the light blue of Rangers next year.

In LISBON story of May 10 headlined 'Soccer-Porto winger Conceicao has knee surgery' please delete in second paragraph ..."which also puts him in doubt for the European Cup final against Monaco". Third paragraph makes clear Conceicao was not eligible to play.

LISBON, May 10 (Reuters) - Porto winger Sergio Conceicao underwent knee surgery on Monday and will miss the Portuguese Cup final against Benfica next Sunday, the club said.

Conceicao, 29, who rejoined the Portuguese champions from Italian Serie A club Lazio early this year, injured his right knee during a Portuguese league match on Sunday.

Porto also play Monaco in the European Cup final on May 26 but Conceicao was not eligible to play after leaving Lazio in January.

Porto ended their domestic league campaign with a 3-1 win at home to Pacos Ferreira, stretching their title-winning margin to eight points.
