Chelsea have signed Winston Bogarde on a Free transfer.

What do ppl think of Bogarde? We've also had an £8.1 million bid for savio turned down.

I think Bogarde will fit just well replacing Thome. Personally I wonder why Barca have left him out. He's a great back.

I think (hope) Vialli is trying to change to a back three. Panucci, Melchiot, Bogarde are all natural players for a back three with LeBoeuf as sweeper (his natural position) and Desailly as man marker with one of the above.

Bogarde is a decent defender, i think he is about as good as leboeuf. Maybe this could leed to Lebouf's exit?
