Dream Eleven

So, who should start the first match in the League versus West Ham, or even better; which eleven will crush Manchester United in the Charity Shield? This is my personal favourite. (Note that I used 50% brains and 50% feelings during the picking of this XI!)
Keeper: Ed De Goey - Who Else?

Defence: Leboeuf, Desailly, Babayaro and Harley - Everybody convinced during the last season, and The two french guys are used to play together. They have routine.

Midfield: Poyet, Deschamps, Petrescu, Wise- Poyet is at the peak of his career, a great player. Deschamps needs some confidence to be able to make something good, and Petrescu played great @ EURO 2000. Wise is... wise. Though he didn't convince during the EURO 2000, he has in the blue shirt.

Forwards: Flo and Hasselbaink/Zola - I like Flo a lot, and he can do magic, when he gets to play the way that suits him. He scored a lot of goals together with Gianfranco, and they're a 'great couple', but Hasselbaink can also do magic, but maybe he's a new Sutton!

N.B. if you don't stop the Man.U. midfield controlling the game , then you don't win the game !!

I must admit that the feelings took over during the pickout. All of my favourites are there, and that's not a coincidence. Well, Petrescu and Deschamps, so that makes my midfield like a swiss cheese.
