Let me just say that I seldom doubt in Viallis skills as a manager. He does his job great, and he's a smashing guy, but what I don't like is that he buys so many attackers. Why can't he buy a couple of quick midfielders, and maybe some defenders as well. The forwards have to compete so very, very much about the two forward spots, and that builds up tension between the attackers. I havent seen eithe Gudjohnson or Hasselbaink in action (at Chelsea), and maybe they're great, but maybe they're not! Two more Suttons?!? I preferr the Flo/Zola duo as far as I'm concerned, but I do wonder who we should buy.. Any recommandations?

do to the fact that our attackers sucked last season, with the exception of Flo, our midfield was leading pretty much the game... the attack just needed a rebuild... just I never thought it cost us 19m pounds to do so, for only two players... dunno but if JFH and Gudjohnson turn out another Sutton, I'll be the first one to get my voice out again Vialli

I don't see much of a need for the midfield or defence to be changed...'cause our boys at those positions play fantastic. True some of 'em are gettin' old... I guess we could look forward to see some changes in those areas too soon.

p.s. I thought jumped across, maybe 'cause vialli was an attack :) he buys attackers :D heh

i think JFH will definately get us goals-he won't less us down because he's got a natural goalscoring instinct but i'm a bit suspect on Gudjohnsen. I think his best position for us will be behind the front two. I can't see him being the answer to our goalscoring problems up front. i think we may need one more player in midfield just to put a bit of pressure on Deschamps see if he livens up a bit this year.
