Insurance against Failure.... good or bad?

So the Blues want insurance against failure ... I'm not sure this sends the right message to the players.

of course not...but if we fail like this year...it'll be good for us. Although I don't support that at all. But again in case of a failure, I'd damn would love it :)

Well I'd hardly call being FA Cup Winners a failure. Ok the season wasn't what it promised to be a month or so ago, but hell we don't all have the officials in our pockets like bloody ManU (eg Euro Champ Final last season...Bayern were robbed)
