First off, thanks to everyone who explained how to make your shot dip, Helped a lot. Now, I've only seen a couple of pros do it, but I heard that you can throw a ball close to 40 or 50 yards if you can master the "flip throw-in." Can anyone explain how to go about doing this, and how to learn how to do it if you have no background experience with flipping.
Thanks a lot

Well, its kinda hard to explain, but not so difficult to do. The key is to get lots of momentum. If you have ever tried to tumble or roll forward, your arms and the back of your neck usually hit the ground first. Instead of your arms/neck making contact with the ground, hold the ball in your hands and use it to make contact with the ground. Hopefully if you got enough momentum, your arms should automatically fling forward, so basically if you did this right, nothing should touch the ground except the ball and your feet when you land. Hope this helps!

A long throw-in is one of my specialities. Despite just turning 17 last month, I can already throw a good 30-35 metres, or even 40 if my technique is perfect.
I'll try to explain this as simply as possible.
Take some 4-5 steps backward
Run up slowly, and in your last couple of steps, start to arch your back in such a manner that you lean backwards in the direction of your throwing arm. For instance, if you're right handed, lean backwards toward your right side.
In your final step, when you toe the byline, straighten yourself out. While doing so, make sure your arms go in a swivel.
Hopefully this will help, though I must admit, it's not very clear, even to me. But I'll try to find or make an animation to explain it to you.

First, practice learning a front hand-spring:
Run faster than a jog, but not a sprint. Throw your arms down on the ground and fling your feet over. Push off as hard as you can with your arms and you should have completed a front hand-spring.
Then, practice using a small sized ball and work your way up to size 5.
BTW, I have not gotten around to using a ball yet as I tried once and I fell on my head... just a precaution.
