I read an article on mls.net. DC United has signed this kid. Anyone heard of him?

From mls.net: Additionally, United President and General Manager Kevin Payne said that 19-year-old Englishman Michael Blackwood will join United Mon., May 29, on trial. The left-sided midfielder was with the Aston Villa reserve squad this past season.
