Juventus are trying to buy Patrick Viera, and Arsenal are listening to offers.

If Arsenal let go of Viera as well, who will be left.. the Gunners won't be a championship favorite anymore.

I am not sure if i consider them a championship favorite now. They don't have the midfield.

hmm... yeah, good point...

Arsenal earned like £25m this summer only from their sellout's.. I wonder why Arsene didn't spit on his fingers and get some new force at the club.

I think Wenger has more tactical knowledge than most of the Premiership managers put together . He could make the Arse' reserves a serious challenge in 2 seasons !!! : - (

i agree alot with di motteo but aresnal would be in a deep hole right now without his services yes they have a solid attack but they need a midfield overmars is already gone and without viera they would be loosing alot and i would not consider them favorites either but under aresne lead anything is possible

I don't care who your manager is but you can't win with no talent and arsenal are loosing talent fast. there defense is not very good. Adams and Dixon are getting to old and it is starting to show. Keown is still playing great but he can't do it himself. Silvinho seems to be more interested in going forward than playing defense. and seamen just isn't playing well at all. There midfield doesn't have enough talent either. Viera looks great against bradford but he doesn't do muhc against united, leeds or liverpool. and they have not replaced petit or overmars. i have a lot of respect for wenger but if he wins anything with the team he has now he should be knighted, hell make him king.

Vieira just said he would like to stay with Arsenal forever...

And after his Milan nightmare he difently aren't going back to Italy. Besides he thinks the premiership suits him the better.
