Favorite player of all time would have to be Alfredo Di Stefano.
Favorite player to ever play for Man Utd: Eric Cantona
Favorite player currently on Man Utd: Van Nistelrooy
Favorite player to have played for Man Utd then been transferred to Real Madrid which was a huge mistake on the part of Sir Alex Ferguson: David Beckham.
Favorite player on Real Madrid: Raul (bad season, but he's still homegrown talent so he gets my nod)

I'm not sure if you meant that your favourite player that has played for United and was then transferred to Real Madrid is David Beckham. If you meant that, I actually think Beckham is the only United player to have moved to Madrid. Correct me if I'm wrong, and pardon me if I mis-interpreted your statement.
On the subject of Becks, as far Iv'e come to know via my sources, Beckham and Ferguson could tears each other's guts out, so I think Beckham was always going to leave United at the end of the season. Do you really think that he's a bad player for Real? I'm not a Real fan, so from a neutral perspective, I think Beckham has done reasonably well. His passes make Real's play more of a joy to look at, and I think Beckham's work-rate is formidable.
To which club should he have gone instead do you think?

Sorry! It was my bad. All I was trying to imply was that I think it was a mistake on the part of Sir A.F to let Beckham leave united. I guess it would be stupid to say Beckham 'He made United what it was' but they don't seem to have the same 'i dunno' that they used to.
But am I happy with Beckham?? Hell yeah! He's doing friggen awesome and I'm glad to see that he's becoming a better overall footballer w/ Real Madrid. I can't wait to see him play for England in Euro 2K+4, that'll be a good time to gauge his improvement.
It's a shame Man Utd was eliminated by FC Porto, they are a better team and I think maybe it's time to gracefully show Sir A.F the door as a coach and perhaps make him an ambassador for the club.
Now if you wanna talk coaches, I think everyone has to admit that the best coach out there is Arsene Wenger. Teams would give thier eyeteeth for a coach like that. I wish one day he would take the helm of Real Madrid. It would be phenomenal!
your favorite player is totti, totti in my language means shit, thats what franchesco totti is

I do respect the fact that you have different opinions then I do but I think you should also show repect to mine. I think football is first and forth most a form of entertainment and that is exactly what Ronaldo, in my opinion, brings into this game. I must admit that when he first arrived at the club he was too much of a clown but now he has learned when to do six sizors in a row and when he shouldn't ;) He still has the element of entertainment in his game, which I think is great, but he has also begun to play "better" football. He is good at what he does and I think that the best proof for that is to be seen when one looks at the number of goals he has scored in the WC 2006 European zone qualifiers where he is currently in 2nd-3rd place.

Yes.. sorry. I respect your opinion it's just i start hating him after euro 2004 final. He didn't score goal to Greece from 3 meter in 1 on 1 with a keeper so Portugal loosed in final. Maybe he's a very good player.. And ahve some special moves. But when everybody gonna like him like that he can turn to Dark side : Beckham's dark side  :D Did u see what's popularity did with becks? He only thinks how to put gel in his hair, not how to play. Let's hope the same will not gonna happen with C. Ronaldo

That might be true, but he still hasn't finished with us yet, and Brazil don't seem like they need him as much as they used to so I doubt you will be right in the future.

Also I think Premiership teams are too much offensive-minded, hence they often don't focus too much on the defensive part of the game.....so the strikers has slight advantages over strikers of other leagues, that's probably why Henry underperforms playing against other European teams.....

Well, offensive-minded football IS the trademark of the EPL, but Henry's record in it is still very impressive, I'd actually take him over Sheva or Adriano. The thing about Henry is that he has good positioning, he knows where to move to be able to receive the ball, and can usually find himself in position to score.
Leon of Silvren

Wayne Mark Rooney (born October 24, 1985, Liverpool, Merseyside, England) is widely considered to be one of the leading young talents in world football. In September 2005 he was selected by his fellow professionals as the inaugural FIFPro World Young Player of the Year. He currently plays for Manchester United and the England national football team as a second striker, although the 2005/06 season has seen Rooney playing both centrally and on the left and right flanks. He wears the number 8 shirt for his club, vacated by Nicky Butt, and is generally given the number 9 for his country.
Rooney was brought up in a suburb of eastern Liverpool called Croxteth, where he and his two brothers attended De La Salle School.
Although he has been under an intense media spotlight since first arriving on the scene in 2002, it was not until his performances at the Euro 2004 that he gained a reputation on the world stage, as he spearheaded the English attack, scoring 4 goals - England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson compared his impact to that made by the legendary Brazilian Pelé at a similar age during the 1958 World Cup. Other commentators have compared him to Manchester United legends Duncan Edwards and Eric Cantona and former Argentine star Diego Maradona.
He is currently the youngest player ever to play for the senior England team, making his debut on February 12, 2003, aged 17 years, 111 days. England's youngest ever player previous to this was James F. M. Prinsep of Clapham Rovers, who made his debut almost one and a quarter centuries before, on April 5, 1879, aged 17 years, 253 days. Rooney is also the youngest England scorer ever (17 years, 317 days).
Contents
Rooney gained national prominence in October 2002 when he became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the Premiership at 16 years and 360 days of age, while playing for Everton. His spectacular goal was a last-minute winner against the then-League champions Arsenal that consigned them to their first league defeat in almost a year. Coincidentally, Wayne Rooney also played a huge role in ending Arsenal's record unbeaten run, winning a penalty and scoring the second goal, in Manchester United's 2-0 victory over Arsenal in October 2004 - Arsenal's first Premiership defeat in 50 games. At the end of 2002 he won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Young Personality award.
Just think to yourself, how can't you like him :) :)
