Does anyone know any good Lazio websites that are frequently updated and are in English? The official website's English version has been "under construction" for a loooooong time, and I have no source of Lazio news, apart from general football websites such as www.planetfootball.com (http://www.planetfootball.com)

I have already done the layout and it is very different from many sites, we should be able to see it very soon. It is expected to be completed in December as I have my final year examinations and it is very hard for me to concentrate fully on the site's development.

My aim was not to advertise a particular site, if that was my aim I could have done so a long time ago!

My aim was to inform Laziali that they had the opportunity to listen to this game on radio, a game that in all probability would not be televised anywhere outside Italy. Since lazioworld was down for a couple of days I didn't want laziali to miss out on this opportunity.

I don't understand why you for some selfish reasons or acting out of some strange self-interest would chose to deprive them of this information.

Before posting it I checked if there were any forum rules prohibiting this kind of post and found none whatsoever. On the contrary I found this particular thread which is full of advertisement for websites.
So I assumed it was quite alright to post my message.

I find your reaction very perplexing and strange. Especially as you are all Lazioworld members and visit Lazioworld frequently.

If I didn't know better I would be led to believe that you are carrying some kind of grudge.

And by the way, I wouldn't mind to stay here and post but I don't have the time to read and post in more than one forum, so I will stick to Lazioworld.

There is 1 point I would like to make! Lazioworld do not allow advertising of other Lazio sites, so do we! Aaron pays lots of money for our site, far more than Lazioworld, so it is important we keep our members. If you want to advertise about Lazioworld, do it somewhere else.

We don't hold any grudges against Lazioworld, we all may be Lazioworld members but we have a site we are maintaining. And this forum is in fact our own forum, partnered with SFN. Its not our proclaimed forum, it is given to us to use by SFN.

this is not about problems with other sites, im a just triying to avoid annoying posts from users that come to the forum specifically for that, if u were a regular posters id understand if u put up something to let ur friends know about their sites. here at sfn we are alwas inc lose contact with the users, all our currenty users are known by all of us and we share things together. i hold no problems with lazioworld memebres or and i dont have any grudges toward ur forum.


and dont come here as a laziworld advisor, come here as the person we know or might know from laziworld.

As I tried to explain in my post, I didn't come here to advertise another site!

I just wanted to let laziali know where they could listen to the game, and since lazioworld was down and I knew some members also hang here I thought it would be a good idea.

I was somewhat lazy and therefore just copied and used the message intended for lazioworld, and maybe that's why it may have looked like a formal advertisement. You seem to have chosen to focus on that and not the content of the message.

Don't worry I won't do it again in the future now that I know where you stand. But I still think that your reacted too vehemently and in a nasty way. After all I just wanted to help Laziali, yourselves included. And I didn't see any rule against it, so how could I know?


P.s the broadcast works but there are a lot of people connecting (over 250) and at the moment the server's capacity is 60 . It will soon be upgraded to cope with over 500 simultaneous listeners.

I understand that you thought you weren't advertising, But some could say you were and some say not. Most people who advertise on these boards actually get there site renamed as '***.com' so you can't view the link you are lucky that we kept it up so people still knew the site to vist. (also the site of radioflash didn't even work and i visted it earlier in the day and it doesn't even show any content on the site now either)

Since i can't post in the closed thread and i am the owner of laziali.net, i feel i should say something.

Lazio people i don't to fight anything of the above we all have the same love for the team. I don't know exactly what has happened but rest assured it won't happen again and you have my sincere apologies.

I have been away for the past few days and haven't seen any of this but im sure we can clear this up. But Lazioworld is a great web page for lazio fans and you guys have worked very hard to make that and i have the up most respect for you guys and see very highly of you. My website is maintained and we are just testing designs etc at the moment and we have our dream to make our own web page and we are making it a reality so we can also share our passion to other laziali around the world.

You dont seem to understand, Darran... You cannot say its because you're young. If you play the game, you have to play it straight and by the book.
This will probably be the last you'll see from us. I have sent a long PM to Aaron and explained our position. We have no wish to bring anyone down, especially not fellow laziali. But trepassing on copyrights is simply not acceptable. And we will use every method imaginable to protect our website from copyright violation.

Finally, my compliments to the new design. Its great. Honestly.
