Sergio Conceicao has left Inter with a parting shot at Hector Cuper, while the club confirms Premiership interest in Stephane Dalmat. Portuguese international Conceicao waved goodbye to the Nerazzurri this week after rescinding his contract and blamed the tactician for his departure. “Cuper is a very cold and closed person,” revealed the winger. “It isn’t easy to talk with him and that created quite a few problems between us.” He becomes the second player to walk out of Inter blaming the Coach for a personality clash after Ronaldo's bitter departure last summer. Conceicao had success in his first Serie A experience with Lazio, but struggled to make an impact at Parma and Inter. It now looks likely that the 28-year-old will return to his homeland with Porto, as he is a free agent. However, there have also been reported links with English and Spanish sides, as well as other Italian outfits. “We shall have to wait and see. I can’t comment on anything yet, but I won’t exclude any option, not even a return to Lazio.” “I just hope that I can go on to prove Cuper was wrong not to put his faith in me,” concluded Conceicao. Inter are busy whittling down their squad after the summer arrivals of Andy Van der Meyde, Luciano and Khalilou Fadiga. Gigi Di Biagio is in negotiations to rescind his contract, while technical director Marco Branca today confirmed Premiership interest in Stephan Dalmat. “It is true that Middlesbrough have approached us about Dalmat,” he revealed, “but the player is targeted by several English sides.” Lazio were also heavily linked to the French midfielder and Branca assured fans he would not be leaving permanently. “We don’t want to sell Dalmat outright. If he were to leave, then it would be a loan or co-ownership deal.”

Its always nice to see that a former Laziale is still interested in playing for us. I am glad to see that he still does not exclude a move to Lazio, if we sold Castroman, I think we should get Conceicao, he was a dangerous player with his excellent accurate crosses, with him and Corradi combining, I am sure we will score a lot of goals from the wing.

It's nice to hear that he still has feelings towards Lazio, but I would rather keep Castroman because I've seen many games with Conceicao and he is very up and down and his rosses aren't accurate at all anymore, but then again, he says that there were problems in comunication between him and Cuper which might have affected his game. Also his dribbling isn't the same, he can mainly manage to get corners or throw-ins as the best results from his dribbling although it is good that he tries to challenge the opponents very often and mancini has the ability to make players better so he would probably do better in Lazio than Inter.
To summarise, a move to Lazio is not that bad, but he shouldn't expect that much playing time, especially not starting 11. I think he'll go back to Portugal.

get conceicao....he suits our style...
that cuper is not a good motivator...and manager...remember...he always lose....

so dino and simeone leaving but liverani and castro stays....thats good....
but i like simeone....he is brave....

why we never challenge to get rustu....he is fantastis...
anyone saw him play at barca-juve.....how he block piero.....
why he choose barca?

buy joe cole

and i see that mancini agree to buy from relegated team....zauri and dabo is great....bargain....nice move mancio....

so now almost all our position is covered(i mean there is someone if theres injuries...)

only good memmories remain from sergio! thatgreat 99-00 he had with us! i wouldnt mind having him back, but it would be another midfielder, and fora very cobvered position, as our right flank

i suggest he doesnt comew as we have fiore mendieta and castroman covering our right flank! its for the best, more for him than anyone

thanks for keeping us in ur heart sergio, u will always have a space in ours!

I agree, we simply have no place for him. What's more I am sure Mancio's main objective this season is to transform Mendieta and then he would be a very crucial player for Lazio and I am sure we would have the best midfield in the entire Serie A.

I love sergio and he has done Lazio well but as Darran said there is not enough room left, We really need a few defenders and a striker at least because otherwise our team will be really weak in our backline since favalli is on the way out and negro seemingly could be off to parma which leaves us playing maybe 3 defenders at the back if we don't sign someone, Also Chiesa has left and now all we have is Corradi, Lopez and Inzaghino we really need someone maybe young to be a back up for some of these guys or maybe so somone of some experience.

get that crap Sergio back if you want, but I would advise you not to fall into memories...

he has played extremely bad for Inter. Was booed and jeered by Inter fans recently. He seems to be afraid of getting an injury so he doesn't like tackling and has no bravery (less brave than me even). his crosses are good if there're no defenders around and he can prepare well for cross, all other crosses were crap. used to get carded for playing on referee's nerves.

overall, he should thank Cuper for being patient with him and letting him play quite a lot. he had plenty of chances (more than Recoba!) to prove he's worthy of something but he failed.

i guess the injury he had after leaving Lazio had changed him a lot!
