I would like to know what do you think about this. I mean/prosume greek media was puting Greeks as favourite and by some reports gave slovenian side Koper only 10% chances to win??
I know they had only a week of preparation, Koper is in training a month and ?? few days. Do you think egaleo is capable to go on, or is the 3 goals in away match already enough??

Well mate,
I think that since the beginning of the intertoto afair the Greek clubs are seeing it as a chance to provide some experience to their younger players!
In Greece the clubs that take the intertoto ticket are clubs that fight for First Division survival year in year out and they can not rist tiring their first squad with an even earlier summer start! Dont forget that even if bigger Greek clubs have the luxury of flying away to sports centres in Northers Europe for Sumer training, the smaller ones cannot! And in Greece summer means temperatures exceeding 35 degreec Centigrade in avarage, reaching the mid 40's in some periods!
Now Egalai seem to have fielded a first squad at least 3/4 of it! But they did not allow an early preparation for them! So you come down to the same result...
Trying to take nothing out of the very nice away win of the opponents, I can say that Greek clubs are not taking the cometition for more than a friendly summer tournament! And wisely so! Even if they pushed for promotion to the UEFA cup through it, they would stumble a round higher and be left with exhausted players come January or February...
If my 2 cents are of any worth I would like them to give it a shot anyway. But I understand how they see things.
