On the new season

First of all, I am glad that WSB is back but with a new name SFN, I guess that is what we will be calling from now on. We have already signed the trio of Jorgensen, Pizarro and Alberto on loan. I am already feeling excited about the new season.

However I feel that we must improve our defence by a great deal. I am not satisfied with this new Lazio unless we bolster our defence by signing 2 good defenders. Milito is mentioned to be joining Lazio on loan with an option to sign him.

I feel Milito is a great asset to any team, he is fast and commanding, he is a very reliable, but there is a huge risk in signing him and that is that we will not have Milito at his best as he needs to adapt to the style of Italian Football. I want a talented local defender who is able to adapt easily to the style we play.

I am not too sure about Alberto, I honestly hope he is a good talent we are loaning from Udinese. I hope he isn't another back up player like Lazetic. Lazetic has had lots of heart and determination but he just did not have the necessary skills to command a first team place.

What are your thoughts?

im just not sure how were going to play!, is cesargoing to play as wing back and we will placejorgensen on the left! or will we sell a few players?

this is hwat worriesme, we loose castroman and now we onlyhave fiore to play on the right, no one elsequlifies for that position!


but i trust ancio and our new plazio plan, we will succeed in the new season, and yes we do need defnders, prefreably a central and a left back

Actually my idea was a 4-5-1 formation in which Corradi would be the target man. Cesar and Oddo to play as full backs. And in midfield, Jorgensen, Stankovic, Simeone, Fiore and Pizarro will play.

I don't really care what formation we use as long as we beat roma...finally! :D That's my main goal for next season.

I just hope lady luck is on our side as you know we were very unlucky, we hit the bar on as many occasions and missing a series of penalties which cost us crucial points.

Well you can blame the players for the penalties. Some of them were ridicilous! But I don't wanna think about it anymore.
Would I just love to see the friendly against Chelsea! But I probably won't, unless Eurosport shows it.

firstly, not i dont want a 4-5-1 formation and i really doubt mancio will change his succesful 4-4-2.

and now liverani has rejected a move to Udinese which has cancelled the tranfer, so now we dont know what will be happening

A 4-5-1 would suit Corradi a lot in my opinion because he has the opportunity to score more. And I feel that with his physical presence, he could be really suited to this tactic, but 4-4-2 is fine with me just that I feel we need to change around to adapt Pizarro and Jorgensen to fit into the team.

Everytime we've tried to change the formation it has ended badly, so I think it's just better to stick to the thing that works. But I have totally no say in that and that's why I don't care to battle about the matter.

exactly,and i like playing with 2 strikers, spcially with strikers likelazio ones that tend, well u all know what im talking about

Yeah, I'm affraid that if we play with 1 striker only then there really will only one player attacking and then he never gets the ball and...well we're screwed!
