Well our beloved Fiore and Corradi will play against Finland tomorrow, that is if Trap is smart enough to let them play.
What an interesting situation coz on the other hand I don't want Trap to act smart coz of course I'll be on my national team's side.

Our serbians lost to Bulgaria in a friendly match yesterday 1-2, Kovasevic scoring the only goal for Serbia-Montenegro.

Many of the Azzzurri fans thought that Fiore would be in the starting XI tomorrow but that's doubtful seeing Trap's pre-match team. If Vieri cannot bag one early than I would not be surprised to see Corradi called on, I'd love to see BC & Miccoli partner for the Azzurri again like v. Portugal, that was some exciting play for Italia relatively speaking :D

This is a great opportunity for Italia to start winning and get back some mentality. They no doubt have to beat Finland although it isn't going to be easy with the amount of quality they have.

No seriously I gotta admit that if Fiore plays we don't have a change. Thankfully Trap is so stupid that he's not even putting him in the starting line-up.

Well it continues that Trap will not select Fiore, he did not play at all tonight & Corradi came on for about the last 5 minutes of secondo tempo. So both will be well-rested for Como at least, decent result for the Azzurri but Vieri should've bagged at least 4 for us!

Couto played with portugal vs Brazil and had quite a good match!

Yes indeed, Portugal had their 1st win over Brazil since 1966! And Holland played 1-1 with Czech Republic and they still lead their group.

So sorry for you Paula, that Finlandia lost but I am glad Italia won, they deserve some good things after what has happened to them recently. I can't stand it, how can Fiore be ignored by Trappatoni time and time and again. I will send an email to Calcio Italia to talk about this.

No need to be sorry for our lousy team, they were bound to loose anyway. Did they 2 scoring chances in the whole match or what?
I'm happy for Italia too, but I still want to get rid of Trap. Europeans without Italia would be totally lame but Europeans without Finland...that's nothing new! I'm just sorry that either Italia or Serbia-M. will be out of the competition coz Wales already has 12 pts! It would be a miracle if they didn't go through somehow.

Brazil are one damn arrogant team, however they are so heavily worshipped here in Singapore, you know why because of the EPL, a league which isn't anything near the Serie A.

Italy played a friendly against Northern Ireland yesterday. The result was 2-0 to the italians. The 1st goal was scored by Bernardo Corradi with the help of another laziale Massimo Oddo.
I'm happy to see our players performing well but this doesn't help at all when it comes to keeping Corradi.

Oh well next Wednesday will be the second qualifying game against Finland. I'm sure they'll have a great game then as well!

Mihajlovic didn't really shine against my national team today. He was sent off after 24 mins. He knocked Forssell over for no reason! I sometimes wonder what makes him pull stupid stunts like that. Good for Finland though, we won 3-0.
Forssell scored a great goal again. He's a natural goal scorer and I would just love to see him in a Lazio jersey some day. But that's highly unlikely, there has never really been Finnish players in Serie A. I just hope Chelsea lets him play next season coz they really have a piece of gold in their hands!
At least Lazio enterprise, our female squad, has a Finnish goalie. ;)
