But sometimes Juan doesn't come in a few weeks and Romansky comes once or twice a week. Paula comes every few days, who will be sticking the threads then?

I was campaigning to be a WSB mod in general (for the Italian NT board), of course I'd like to be one for the Lazio forum but if the rest of you laziali don't see the need? It's not that big of a deal & nothing to argue about at least, if the usual members don't want a 3rd moderator than that's cool, I'll still post here regardless.

the threads are always on time and the forum is being perctly take care of. Paula has been doing her job effectlively! and if we need a 3rd mod something we might consider soon we will do it fairly again we will set up a pole and each laziale in this forum who is interested can be in that pole, and just like paula the winner takes the position!

See what I mean? No moderator has stuck the Besiktas thread yet! That is no good because that should be a sticky straight after the derby match. We need another moderator who is able to do this stuff immediately. Not that our moderators are no good, just that they are not regular enough. We need someone to be here everyday

the only7 reason why that thread was notstuck is because we had too many stuck so i was waiting some time tounstick the derby thread, Darran what are u on about i am here every day, that i dont post is differnet and I do not that much but i do post every day and come here to domy job, check how the forum is going and check language racial commensts and all that, so u are saying i was notevery day here to take care of the italian boy situatioon i dont open threads, i do not asses jobs to the users i dont close threads, remember u are 6 hoyurs ahead so when ur online at 3 pm itend to sleep at that time, and when ur online at 8 p,m iam probably studiying!

thisd forum is very well moderated and paula is also very active, that we are not posting maniacs is different

My opinion:

The mods we have now are doing a great job and i don't feel that we need another. However it wouldn't hurt either. Takes a little pressure of the current ones.

But, if there would be a third mod, I wouldn't mind if it would be Romansky.

Yes I agree w/ Melopez, this is not a matter to waste so much time discussing when Lazio is in the most crucial part of the season. The thing is a few good friends of mine who are also long-standing mods on WSB have nominated me, & I'd really like to moderate the Lazio forum. But if the current members think there is no need for a 3rd, than let's not start arguments about how long it takes to stick or un-stick threads.

BTW it seems that Darran & Ahmed would also like to be 3rd mod so at least this discussion has been enlightening ;)

That was not a good choice of words on my part, I didn't intend to imply that. To be honest I'm starting a promotion soon & will have even less time here for awhile.
