old football shirt

Can anybody name the footie top i bought in a charity shop? im pretty sure its not an english top. its got black and amber/yellow hoops.The sponser who also seems to be the shirts maker is 'FINTA'. Its got a picture of a tiger sown into the left arm and the badge is made up of black and amber/yellow strips with the initials 'G.E.N' and the date '11-3-73' in the corner....anyone know who's shirt this is?
