You did deserve the goal, yes you did. But we deserved an equalizer. Yes, we did. And the referee was the most irritating thing about the whole match. How could he possible let the yugoslavs drag out the time? Why didn't he show some more cards? And we did deserve atleast one penalty, but instead he picks one the little things. :confused: Everybody knows that Solksjaer should have gotten a penalty, but in stead the referee says 'play on' and he stops the game 20 seconds later, because of a teeny, weeny little incident, and when Mykland yells (understandably) at the referee, he's shown the yellow card!?!? This game was a disgrace, and this is not a victory for the Yugoslavs to brag about. They deserved the goal, as I have said before, but they played dirty. Too dirty. Bloody referee... :mad: :mad: :mad:

Yeah you may cry about it, we all did see how it was done but wee, aren't points which count. It cost Yugoslavs a few cards and it cost you nervs 1:0 in the end a fair result.
Norvegians didn't play well andit could have easily been more goals in your net so turn to the next game - Slovenia isn't the easiest team to beat!

oh boy! look who's accusing us of playing dirty! could you be more specific? the referee gave poor Kezman a red card because he came in late on his tacle....why did the NOR player lay on the ground for 2 minutes after that?....referee's mistake....if a player is injured, carry him out....i just can't belive that Semb said that YUG didn't play a fair game....just look at how many fouls were committed by the NOR and YUG players....NOR=17, YUG=15....i can't remember his name, but one of NOR players didn't want to stop playing when Milosevic was down....and Semb has some nerve to talk about sportsmanship after the game....yes, the YUG players took time to get up....but they were constantly fouled and didn't dive....i've seen the game two times, and i admit, Stojkovic dived, but only once....in the first period, after that one of the NOR players got a yellow....i think it was a fair game....it was a dirty game by both sides....after the first half you could of been 3 goals down....you should be happy with the result despite the bad penalty call....you still have good chances to qualify for the 1/4ers, look out for SLO, they are pretty good.... :)

Flo, you guys are bad losers. And the second thing is that the referee was totally against Yugoslavia, he gave 4 yellow cards to yugoslavs in a matter of 10 minutes for fouls that seemed exaggarated by your players, especially #7. He had absolutely no sportsmanship, when Milosevic was lying on the ground he never bothered to kick the ball out, or to do anything. Then the red card, what the heck was that ? Kezman barely touched the player (#7) and he made an excellent dive and was lying on the ground as if a truck hit him. That's why I say shame on your players and your coach for calling us not fair.

First of all ther was no penalty. Second of all, Kezman got that card just because ref was nervous about his mistakes and wanted to bring back his courage

Erik Mykland showed great sportsmanship, but he didn't bother when the yugoslavs kept playing like they did. Nils Johan Semb said in an interview that the kind of football that was played yesterday, is the worst kind of football. He also mentioned that the referee, Dallas, should have shown a more strict behaviour troughout the whole game. When the yugoslavs startet to drag out the time, he should have given them a yellow, and pointed at the red. Yugoslavia irritated more than just norwegians by dragging out the time, but the worst part s that Dallas didn't mind!

The match ended with 1:0, and I dont think it's like you say "sportsmanship" from anybody to blame something on the other team, especially not sabotage. Your coach Semb is a bad loser. When you lose you do not whine, and you guys deserved to lose because we simply outplayed you. Maybe you had the last 10 minutes or so, but we had the other 80, and you have to admit our win. I am sure if this would have happened to Yugoslavia our coach would have left without a word, but no, like I said Semb and Mykland are bad losers, and I dont mean to insult your countrymen Flo, but they made a mistake.

I think that you atleast should write in english. The referee should have been banned from the tournament. The best referee is the Italian one, who judged England-Germany. He looks scary, but he knows how to blow his whistle ;)

I'll say it again, you won, and you deserved the goal, but I don't think it was a good game, or anything near a good game. And the yugoslavs have take a lot of the blame... :p

flo, don't get me wrong, but it's really funny that the Norwegians would complain so much about the way Yugoslavia played because the fact is that Norway, admit it or not, plays the most boring football out of all the teams in EURO!!
And I have watched the match twice, and I don't see what the fuss is about.. Milosevic fell twice, Mijatovic once and Komljenovic once (but that one was no faking, Kralj kicked him in the face). It was nowhere nearly as bad as the Norwegian coach was trying to make it.
In the end here are the stats:
we had 12 shots at goal, Norway 6
ball possession was 56% to 44% in our favour
Norway committed 17 fouls to our 15 ( not to mention that the red card and at least one of the yellows we got were ridiculous).
Yugoslavia played at least 60 minutes of attractive football, Norway couldn't manage even that..
All in all, Yugoslavia was the better team and deserved to win, so I really don't understand why people are making so much out of it...

WI must agree with you on the fact that we play boring. The funniest part about the whole thing is that norwegian coach, Nils Johan Semb, said on a Norwegian press-conference that "...football should be funny and entertaining. The crowd at the stadium, and the millions of people out there should have a great time while watching a match. This game was dead boring because of the way Yugoslavia played." I agree with him on the Yugoslavia-thing, but he never should have said that football should be entertaining.
And since you brought up the yellow cards; you got the cards because you tried to pull out the time. The referee may have jumped to conclusions, but you got you "punishment" because you played 'dirty'. ;)
Anyway; the game is over, you won , so i think we should forget this game, and colse the subject... ey?
