I have said many times, Vujo is not for us. He is for club teams, not for national, he is very emotional, but very old, and I have the feeling that he is going crazy slowly. In a conference today he did not know ONE name of a Norwegian player when he was being asked who their most dangerous striker was he responded : "Their most dangerous striker is that tall guy". Sheesh, this guy had 6 months to analyze our opponents, and he knows nothing. I SAY : REPLACE HIM IMMEDIATELY!

Well, since I'm not that familiar with Yugoslav coaches (or any coaches, for that matter), I don't want to make any judgements.
Although Boskov does seem like an old guy (but full of energy and emotion), I think that we probably need someone younger, more analytical and up to date with the "today's" football/soccer....whatever.

The statements Boskov makes at conferences are not funny, they are truly sad, I am not sure if he is playing with us or being serious. When they questioned him about Norways players the name Oliver Bierhoff almost came out of his mouth.

He's not the best but he's not bad either. You would replace him mid way through the tournament? Would the Yugos need more problems?

That's pretty bad. A coach has to know who his opponents are, and if he doesn't, his assistant better know.

My statement was somewhat extreme, but we do need to replace him, but you are right, it's not the time now.
We are not gonna start with the Ivica Osim sh!t again, are we?

I said this before and I am glad I am not the only one who notices this - BOSKOV IS INSANE!!!! :(
I mean, in the beginning I thought he would be the perfect solution (second best after Radomir Antic), but I was wrong...
And admit it or not, Osim really is the only coach so far that has succeeded in making our "stars" play as a team in these last 10 or so years...
Maybe Ljupko Petrovic would have been a better solution...but now it's too late.. :( :(

One of the things I can't stand about Boskov is that he lies to the media...about everything.
He told the reporters during a confrence that the reason Kovacevic is out is cuz he go injured during practice.
Later that day, they interviewed Kovacevic and he told them that he felt fine and doesn't know where all that false information is coming from.
What the hell?
Fantastic

I said that to you in the past but you...
He has no idea who are his opponents and what are the his team capabilitys(i mean now not max. cap. in ideal condition). If he is going to think in next matches that way too that another massacer will come and these time you wont`t be so lucky! As we see now, the pre-euro matches was showing the real state in your team but he was ignoring that.
Mybe it will be everything alright (it is still not too late) and he will become a national hero. The situation could change over night, but even then he should go( after the euro). The game Vs Norway will show it all.
Remember when people (croats) were saying how ciro is the worst coach and how he sucks. Then he got them the 3rd place and all of a sudden he went from CIRO PEDERU, to CIRO MAJSTORE. Only after october 10th did his sexual preference and his 'profession' change yet again :D :D :D :D
If we end up winning this whole thing (or at least go far enough), everyone will say how Boskov is a great coach who plays awesome mind games. If we lose in the 1st round everyone will say how he knows nothing about football and that he should have never been our coach in the first place.
