Dutch Picnic

Hello there, i was browsing the tee shirt section on football365.com and i came across this tee shirt that says "Dutch Picnic" - http://www.football365shop.com/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=775 does anyone have any idea what this means, the context is meant to be "your having a Dutch Picnic" i just dont have a clue what it means?

I’m looking for an answer to the same question (as in I’ve got that T-shirt but I haven’t got the foggiest what it means)
I think it’s something to do with the Dutch having a particular liking for picnics, but if it’s a football phrase, I’ve yet to find out what the hell F365 are going on about.
Let me know if you get anything… coz I even know the brother of the guy who designed it and he didn’t have a clue why he was asked to do that particualr phrase.
