Graham Taylor today told unsettled pair Alpay and Juan Pablo Angel: “You’re either with us or you’re not and there’s no in-between.”
“It is unsettling, but when players know where the office door is, it concerns me that they chose not to come through it. Things then appear on websites or in newspapers and are denied.
“So come out in the open and say it. Let’s say ‘I want to move on’ so that everybody knows it. Then we can all move on.
“I’ve spent a lot of time talking about what’s going on off the pitch. It has been frustrating, because I know that if everyone is not giving their all, we won’t get far.
“So if you’re not here for the cause, you’re not with us at all. You’re either in it or you’re not. There’s no maybes.
“If they conduct themselves as professional, they will get my support, whether they’re in or out of the side. If they give everything to the cause and train as they play.”
Its good to hear GT finally trying to bring the club together, and as much as I like Angel...........................the message is correct!!!
