yeah i'd have to agree with you for sure based on ability.

based on production however up to now i'd have to say del piero has been the most constant of them all. before he injured himself sunday he was on pace to having a career year in italy and europe. but now with this setback it looks like it ain't gonna happen. still though even on one leg, easily italy's finest.

well putting CL and coppa italia and UEFA and all that aside...the best player in serie a is WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT....Fabrizio Miccoli...i try to sit and watch a perugia game whenever i can just to see him play. hes amazing, he showed it even more v. portugal. to see such a bright talent makes me feel better about the future of our football.

kovacevic wasn't a flop, he did very well for juve actually when given the chance.

only problem was ancelotti was fixated on la signorina pippa inzaghi who would trip over his feet more often than he would stray offside so kova never got to really play.

otherwise, he could score in italy unlike those other spanish flops.

Nedved is a true champ. he worked hard to get where he is.

but in all honesty, i think the best players, and by best i dont just mean goal scorers who touch the ball 3 times the whole game. i mean actually play makers, players that change the match and are a HUGE part of it.

Paval Nedved is defenatly up there.
