Mateja Kezman is a great player, great striker, but even a great striker can score by himself, meaning he needs support from the midfielders. AT PSV he ahs that support, great midfielders as well as a great young striking partner. On the NT level he only showed his brilliance once and only once when a great midfielder played for YU and setup a beautiful goal against Brazil in their first friendly 1999? Now where did the NT fail Kezman, the NT did not, coach Savicevic did by not doing his job to go and see Mateja play at PSV and see who are the support players helping Kezman score goals. Then find those type support of players that are Serbs that can help Kezman do what he does at PSV. That would have been too logical for a Serb coach to do.
