we've got a bunch of youth team members I would say those who posted less than 300 times, and we have to develop them into quality players!
Therefore our stars have to train or coach decent young players and prospect players into their personal development in quality players!
from my star experience :silly: my ego speaks for me now, a good challenger shall have common sense, friendly attitude and find a way out at critical moments in fights. Critical thinking is very important! and most of all Value Quality Posts/Threads
A very talented promising youngster shall posses creativity and manage it in a way not to become a bizzare man ...
Stars of the board please do provide hints and help our youth team to become mature, not manure, and meet our expectations. We have to take care of our youth to keep the forum first in WSB forever!
