Gmt???

I'm new here so sorry if this has alredy been asked, but could somebody please explain why this forums GMT seems to be about 7 hours behind the real GMT - or is it just that my hangover is worse than i thought!

The owner of this forum isnt English i think and the majority of users here aren't from England so they have set the time by some other country. If you go to user cp (profile) it is possible to edit it there.
