I read he was now on 35k a week.

but anyway, 35k a week, 50k a week, whats the difference?! I'd still struggle to spend that much !

He was on 15k a week.

three appearances as a substitute as well as his 19 starts during his time at Newcastle, equates to £263,636 a game in terms of his fee, without taking into consideration a lucrative salary package.

yep we're well rid now. im a shareholder at newcastle and it pained me when i receievd the annual report to see the little section on wages and imagining juts how much of that was wasted on that little toerag. i prefer to think that my moeny got part of gary or pays part of his wages lol ( a very small part :( lol)

So let's use that extra 15k a week freed up to get a higher waged world class defender!
