This is embarrassing loosing 3-0 I don't know what to say this always happends with our national team they are too afraid to get injured so they don't run, they truly have no heart and yet I still have hopes of them achieving something which will never happend, we wont win Euro2000 we would be lucky if we get past the first round, our U21 team is full of over rated players like Kezman who is not good and dissapionted me, like Stankovic who has never ran after the ball once in his life. Mohammed you said Boskovic is to replace Mihajlovic thats never going to happend because the guy sucks just like the rest of the team.

First of all Grobar, remember , this is the U21 , not the "A" team ok ?

Second of all Stankovic is not overrated , he is a great talent which many teams have tried to buy

Third of all , i agree with you on Kezman, he is a total waste of money for any team and he is the most overrated player in Yugo

4th , We will surely pass the 2nd round, and will at least get to the semi's .

My point I was making about Stankovic is that for Lazio he is great but when it comes to national team he doesn't try there is no money in it for him, for he thinks this is just an U21 game I don't want to risk injury. Unfortunetly he did get injured but that had nothing to do with his effort. Secondly U21 to me means a lot it tells you how good a team will be good 4-5 years from now and after getting embarresed by Croatia in Belgrade 6-2 and now this humiliating loss, I don't now about you but 4-5 years from now our national team is going to be a national dicrase.

GOVNAR: I realize that tying Croatia twice is the greatest Yugoslav sporting achievement of all time, you are rightfully proud for having tied an all-star selection like Croatia's........but we also tied Macedonia and lost to Ireland.......Yes, we totally outshined everyone we played but this is soccer, anyone can win. You seem to be fascinated with the fact that you tied us......however, if you really want to gain the respectability of Croatia in the soccer world, it will take a little more........perhaps something further than 2nd round at Euro might get you noticed.
Yugo's team could do serious damage if they keep their heads, especially with the likes of Mihajlovic taking free kicks.......the real test will be no mental breakdowns as they have been historically reknowned for.
It is a bitch to not have your team in Euro, but hopefully seeing Croatia's flag raised in Sydney might soothe that.

That wasn't my question I didn't ask if it was a big achiviment for us I just asked if Croatia made Euro2000 I guess they didn't. Secondly our greatest sporting achiviements are being the world champs in basketball, two time european champs, and winnig the silver medal in the Olympics loosing to the Dream Team after being up after the end of first half. Our volleyball team are the defending champs in Europe and won third place in the Olympics...... What has Croatia achivied in these last few years, just being third in the world in soccer you make it sound like you are the world champs. What else lets see you have the big time LOSER Ivanisevic which is a sad story this guy can't win anything after having 3 chances to win the Wimbeldon afcourse he lost all three times, and yet you say your sports program is better come on give me a break. Lastly what are you talking about our team not being in the Euro you probably mean U21 like I care it must be a bitch for you watching our A team burn Europe.

GOVNAR: Mixing of antibiotics with barbituates is not a good idea. Yugo winning Basketball W.C........let's not kid ourselves, U.S.A. is better than the rest of the world put together. After America, as any basketball conaisseur would tell you, comes Croatia. We could get into how many championships Croatian teams have won, how Europe's M.V.P. was always from Croatia for 10 years straight, but that would force me to mention Europe's most winning handball (GOLD medal) and waterpolo clubs, and I don't want you to think that I'm blinded by Croatian sports superiority..... But it can be said without question that Croatia is better than Yugo at everything from tennis, Boxing, every team sport you can think of (except volleyball-we haven't started playing it yet) to the numerous Croatian superstars playing in every american sporting league....Yes, Roger Maris was Croatian too! I won't spend too much time on this topic because there really is no arguement. Pretty amazing when you consider we're half your population (but then again, that never stopped us from kicking your asses on the battlefield either)
When anybody finds out I'm Croatian, the first thing they say is "wow, you guys are incredible at (whatever sport that person is into)", what do people ask you about when you tell them you're Serbian? (On a related note, there is one Olympic event were you totally outclass us - sport shooting, you collected quite a few medals for that....normal considering how much you got to practice on whoever couldn't defend themselves.)

About basketball everyone knows that after the Dream team we are the best, Alonzo Mourning even said himself that at the Olympics which Croatia DIDN'T QUALIFY FOR he said we would be there toughest oponnent. When was the last time your volleyball team were the champions in Europe hmmmmmmmmmmm...... NEVER. How about finishing third in the Olympics hmmmmmm......NEVER.We have beaten you in handball, waterpolo we are better then you in every sport except tennis. How about athletics Topic is 4th in the world, second in Europe ,when was it the last time a croatian in athletics finished top five hmmmmmm... NEVER. Last Olympics we won more medals then you did come to think about it did you even win one???????????

If you were older than 12 you would recall the original Dream team playing against Croatia for Gold in Barcelona....that's when Michael Jordan said "Croatia is our only competition"......We have won more on the national and club level than all Yugo ever will. Handball, gold medal at last Olympics, including early round defeat of you, at the club level...most decorated team in the world. Waterpolo, lets not even get into....is there anywhere to play waterpolo in Serbia? We play it in the sea, at one of our 1200 beautiful islands. As for Mavrovic being European Boxing champ for the past three years, and having a native son of ours as the greatest kick-boxer of all time, you seem to have nothing to say. Never-ending line of tennis stars, world champs at Bocce (you probably don't know what that is)......this is just the tip of the ice-berg. Croatians are to athletics what serbs are to war-criminal activities....the best.

Wait you won more at the national level? ok no point in disputing with you beacuse you are obviously living in your own little world. Club level let me see 90-91 Red Star won then champions league did a croatian team ever win the champions league?? No my friend and they never will. Partizan made the final four last year in basketball didn't see a Croatian team there. You are amusing lets see tennis Monika Seles undoubtebly one of the best women tennis players ever is serbian.
