they reckon that chelsea might of tampered with his sample cos they want him out of the club.
well he hasen't played in 6 months so he's gotta entertain himself somehow. cocaine, big deal. those american rappers go through bags of the stuff. if he's guilty give him a fine and sack him and let him get on with life. he'll find a new team. at least he's not taking steriods.

Bosnich loses his appeal over sacking
By John Ley (Filed: 05/02/2003)
Mark Bosnich's playing career was in doubt last night after the goalkeeper, 31, lost his case against unfair dismissal from Chelsea. He has been suffering from depression and now faces bringing his career to an end, particularly as he still faces the possibility of a Football Association suspension.
Bosnich had claimed, to a Premier League tribunal, that Chelsea acted improperly in the way in which they dismissed him following his positive drugs test for cocaine in November last year.
An FA Premier League statement read: "In the matter of the appeal from Mark Bosnich against the notice to terminate his contract issued by Chelsea FC, the board of the Premier League have found in favour of the club."
Bosnich, who has 14 days to appeal, had claimed he failed the drugs test only because a drink had been spiked without his knowledge. He was initially suspended without pay before Chelsea issued a 14-day notice period for his contract to be terminated.
Chelsea insisted Bosnich had breached the terms of his employment under Premier League rules and they could have been liable for at least his back pay - more than £300,000.
Bosnich has vowed to fight to prove his innocence at a personal FA hearing and could be banned if he fails.
