And would this forum be discussion for Balkan (Yugoslavian, Bosnian, Romanian. . ) soccer international teams or leagues or what? I don't exactly understand what you're saying. . Please explain. Thanks. :)

he probably means like a place where you can discuss the scene in countries like Bosnia, Yugo, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Albania, Macedonia, Greece...like talk anything regarding anything in those areas.
