Djurgarden clinched its first Swedish first division title since 1966 on Saturday, when it won its final game of the season 2-0 against Elfsborg.
The win put the Stockholm-based team on 52 points, six ahead of runner-up Malmo FF who lost 1-0 at Halmstad.
Djurgarden took the lead in the 13th minute when Johan Elmander picked up the ball from a clumsy Elfsborg clearance and fired a low shot into the right corner of the net.
Six minutes into the second half, the unmarked Andreas Johansson doubled the visitors' lead following a pass by Babis Stefanidis.
