What is the highest ever attendance recorded in an Italian Serie A game?

Probably the Roma Lazio derby or some WC game at the Olimpico. 82 thou. people.

Quite possibly a Milan derby. The San Siro used to fit 150000 standing. Plus it's currently the highest capacity stadium in italy at 85000+ compared to Olimpico's 82000+.
