Another 0-0 tie, Christian isn't showing much and Arif's flame burned out. We need a consistent striker fast.

Well, many good strikers cost above Gala's budget but I think putting togheter a digit of $ for a season and buying a young striker would help alot instead of going after older strikers past thier prime (for free).

I think the best place to look for good young strikers are in Azerbaijan :D, just kidding, I would say Argentina and Brazil where they have alot of good strikers for cheap, and I would be nice dream to see Kaka playing in Turkey, he's a great young player and has impressed me alot.

kaka....heh....
anyways....if anyone is looking for a good young striker....check out Taylor Twellman of the NE Revolution...he is probably the best in the MLS right now, and also one of the lowest paid...good and cheap....i dont know if they would look in America for a striker...but he is a damn good one...but i would hate to see him go (many say he will be gone after this season)

MLS has not grown up to the player scouting stage yet, soon they will though as my little brother here grows up, this little guy is already knockin in goals left and right and can juggle the ball like 20-30 times and he's 8.

yeah...not quite there yet...but the MLS does have some decent players...it may be best for the good of the whole league for those good players to stay there....or else it will never get to the point where top Euro clubs will look there for players.
your little brother sounds pretty good for 8...make sure he keeps playing! i wish i did...i played when i was younger, but stopped because i got discouraged with not getting alot of playing time. I decided to play hockey instead. But i wish i still played soccer.

Yeah I'm behind him all the way with this, I played back in Turkiye and I actually played for my city's youth team, but once we came to the U.S. that was all over there were no programs here. But now it's getting bigger and I'm glad that it is I'll make sure my brother becomes tops.

there was really no place to play when you came to the US? thats a shame. My town has a pretty good youth soccer program...mostly because over half of my town is portugese or brazillian...so they all play and such...I am glad that it is getting bigger here though...the US already have some talent...but it needs to keep developing...the youth level is where it starts

There were programs but most of the kids played it as a second sport to like baseball or basketball, if you can't commit yourself to one sport you're never going to get better at it. If you want to play baseball play that don't come play futbol and make a fool of yourself, just like if I were to try to play baseball which I never will because I'd be too bored, I understand the game but it just sucks I'm sorry.

yeah if your good at it, you dont want to play with a bunch of kids who dont have a clue. I agree i would get bored playing baseball...its terribly boring...its much too slow.
