Milan signs Kaladze!!

Milan has today signed the Dinamo Kiev defender Kakha Kaladze, 22 years old. It was announced today by Milan's vice president Adriano Galliani.

then he said : Galliani: "We have signed Kaladze from Kiev but we can't have him in the team yet because we already have too many players without an EU passport."

AC Milan and Lazio want
restrictions on foreign players in Italian soccer lifted with
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani even threatening court
action to end the current regulations.
According to Italian rules, Serie A clubs are allowed to
register five players from outside the European Union and only
three of those are allowed on the field at any one time.
"These laws about non-EU players need to be changed and I am
ready to go to court," said Galliani whose club want to sign
Dynamo Kiev's Georgian defender Kakha Kaladze but have already
filled their non-EU quota.
Galliani's views were echoed by Sergio Cragnotti, president
of Lazio, wich boasts foreign players from Chile to the Czech
Republic.
