Today Terim told the board he wants either Bolton Wanderers striker Ricketts or Ipswich Town striker Bent. So who do you think would suit us more? I say Ricketts he is one of a kind and cheap!

Michael Ricketts - Bolton Wanderers
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Position: Forward
Date of birth: Wednesday 12th April 1978
Age: 24 yrs
Birthplace: Birmingham, England
Signed from: Walsall
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ricketts joined Bolton in July 2000 for a bargain initial fee of £250,000 from Walsall, rising to £400,000 depending on appearances and goals.
He quickly established himself as a deadly finisher, racing to the top of the first-division scoring charts.
He started his career with Walsall, after turning professional in 1996. He came to the fore for the Midlands club in the 1999-2000 season when he grabbed 11 goals.
Ricketts' first season in the top flight - 2001-02 - began well and he followed up goals against Liverpool, Middlesbrough and Arsenal with the winner at Old Trafford as Manchester United were sunk 2-1.
Bolton manager Sam Allardyce called for Sven-Goran Eriksson to give Ricketts a chance after the 23-year-old striker took his season's tally to 15 goals in the FA Cup third round victory over Stockport.
Jamaica technical director Carl Brown admitted they would offer Ricketts the chance to play international football if England continued to ignore his claims.
Called up by England for the first time in February 2002 to face Holland. He made his full debut in the game.
They Say: "I think Ricketts is ready for England and I don't say it lightly. I don't think I have ever had a player in my time as a manager that's been in such peak form and in the top two or three strikers in the country."
