Do you think this is a good thing for Lazio, Juve Fan? The quickest thought would be yes, but there are other things to thing about. Rivaldo and Veron might compete too much for the center of midfield, or Lazio could play a 4-3-2-1 with the two being the 2.

I dont think this was a good move,
some world class players are going to have to sit out and talents are going to be wasted...definetly a bad move by Eriksson to buy Rivaldo, he will block Stankovic in the midfield and Stankovic may get restless and leave Lazio....

1. Miha, how did you know its not right ? I read it on different websites..

2. If this is true, Eriksson might have to give up other players to compensate for the high cost of Rivaldo.. The problems is that Almeyda most probably will be sold :mad: , that is plain stupid, when you have someone like Almeyda and sell him then you are a joke.. Not even for Rivaldo, the guy causes lots troubles...

Lazio have denied they are ready to pay a record transfer fee of £31million for Rivaldo. It's still a romour, nothing official is out.

That is what the Italian newspapers have been saying but Barcelona has said that there has been absolutely no contact with Lazio and that RIVALDO is happy at Barcelona and that he will stay
