Lazio didn't lose their qualification last night. They did that two weeks ago, in Valencia. The "Nesta Issue" wasn't helping either....we lost it there and then. The mission was indeed impossible. We can blame Boksic and Miha for their poor passes, Salas for "not being home when needed" or Conceicao for missing that one (probably crucial shot)...Fact is, we have a great team. See for example, how important Nesta's presence was. Sure, we missed some important chances last night. I can't help thinking Ericsson should have started out with the little Inzaghino inthe 1st half instead of with Salas. In the 1st half many long balls were given forward and Salas just hasn't got the size to work up to them. Veron was superb, Almeyda was unstoppable and almost insane in his one-on-one duels. But there's one thing that was missing last night. One essential, necessary thing....LUCK !! We had no luck. None at all.

There's only thing left to do. Cry out and start all over again next year. And concentrate on Saturday's match against Piacenza. Because remember, if Bat does the same trick on Conte and his friends, we might still be the haunting one. It's not over until it's over. Now the CL is definitely over, but the Scudetto is far from that.......

p.s. I apologize for the Dutch referee Dick Jol. He stated his name with his pro-Valencia performance and putting them in favour all the time. A shame to soccer...

It will be hard, and by the way
the players that you "BLAMED" were Miha and Boksic and Conceciao if i am right, as far as i know without MIHA we would not have gotten anywhere, and without Conceicao who runs his @ss off every game and gives his best, and I have almost never seen a bad game by him, he is crucial on the wing, i thought those are one of the few players that deserve to be THANKED not BLAMED. Nedved deserves it all, he is the best player for Lazio currently, and all the fuzz about Nesta , saying that he is sooooo important to the Lazio defence, i can only denie that, no doubt he is a good player but in my book he is not a class player as Miha.

Update your book or get a newer version. If you think Nesta is not half as important as Miha, you should go home and do your homework !! My advice : next time tape a match and play the replay over and over again.

Yeah I agree Mihajlovic, I think Lazio gets too anxious and excited too soon, and they go so hard from the beginning, that they finish a little "pre-maturely" If they can settle into a rhythm nicely and be able to hold it(it=lead) they'll they'll be much more satisfied. :D
