Well thats a huge matter of debate.........if you ask me I'll say Olympiakos seeing as I'm just a little biased. To our credit we have won 6 Greek titles in a row. But at the same time, Panathinaikos have consistently done better than us in the Champions League and should have won the league on a few occassions. AEK are last years Greek Cup winners and tied on points with Olympiakos losing out on head to head. The rest of the league doesn't quite compare to these 3, sometimes a PAOK or Aris among many others providing a good showing but generally the top 2 or 3 in Greece is always the same. the simple way to answer it is this:

the best team IN GREECE ( the champion)- olympiakos

the best GREEK TEAM- panathinaikos


as for the championship- AEK lost it to olympiakos by 2 goals- otherwise it would've been us

keev- your 6 championship don't count for this question- as i assume he asked who the best team in greece is right now.

opinon wise i would say Panathinaikos cause they do great in CL

In my opinion, all of the big three pretty much equal....the championship comes down to luck in dealing with injuries/refs decisions and also who keeps their focus the best over the course of the season.
