View Full Version : Juve might get Vialli !!!!
According to reports from Turin, Gianluca Vialli would be ready to make his come back in Turin as Juve's new coach.
The fans have repeatedly asked fro him to take Ancelotti's place in the last few weeks (especially after his departure from England) and it seems that he'd be glad to go back to his old team.
Nobody in Turin has forgotten the man that gave Juve their last Champion's League Title in 1996 as well as the first Serie A Title in 8 years in 1995 and Vialli himself has always said that he has retained excellent relations with the management of the team and that his dream was to coach an Italian squad.
So if Carlo Ancelotti won't find a cure for this Juve we might also witness surprise comeback in the next few months.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I think Ancelotti is a good coach. I don't think Juve need to get rid of him just yet, and I definately don't think Vialli is the guy to take over if they do fire him.
I don't think Vialli is that good of a coach, and I'm even surprised he survived so long at Chelsea. Sure he had his accomplishments there, but it's not like he had a bad team to play with, he sure can't take all the credit there.

Has anyone heard anythign about the Vialli situation.
I havent heard anything about this. I do disagree with you in that I believe Vialli is a good coach. He gets fired for no aparrant reason and what does Chelsea do in their first cup performance without him being their coach? they not only lost to a swiss team but they also got eliminated!.

I dont know but Ancelotti doesnt seem that bad too.. I mean the only problem with Vialli is that he isnt that old and he might not be getting that much respect from the team.. Keep Ancelotti until we see how the team performs in the first 5 games then they can decide..
Guys relax its too early to talk about the possibile firing of coach Ancelloti. Sure Juve had two bad results in the Champions League, but this is only because the Serie A started later this year. All the English and Spanish teams have atleast played 2-3 rounds of soccer, in their domestic leagues. Juve needs a couple of games to warm up and start playing as a team . Plus lets not forget that Zambrotta a key component in Juve's midfield is injured and will be forced to miss many of Juve's next games.

Thats a reasonable exp. I just hope it turns out to be true.. And about Zambrotta yes he is arguably our best defender from my point of view..

i don't think that Vialli would be a good coach for Juve cause he seem to bring a lot of foreign players to his club n' i hope that would not be what u Juve fans wanted. http://www.worldsoccerboard.com/ubb/smile.gif
one factor that i like Juve better than Lazio is because of their italian player r more.Players like Del Piero ,Inzaghi, Zambrotta, Ferrara, Juliano n' many more italy young talented players

I agree with B@tigol that a coach needs to have a good relationship with his players. A lot of Chelsea players complained about him and it doesn't do well for team morale. If Vialli gets another coaching job somewhere else,(outside Italy) he can develop more as a coach, then maybe he'll be ready for Serie A.

seeming though that vialli may goto sampdoria it is very unlikely he will manage juve although during many matches the fans have been shouting out his name. Personally i think that vialli is a good coach he will learn and maybe after sampdoria or another one or two clubs he will be able to handle a side like juve http://www.worldsoccerboard.com/ubb/smile.gif
