Who the arsenal play in the charity shield this year? will it be Man U who finished 2nd in the league, or will it be Chelsea who lost in the FA Cup final? it depends whether arsenal are gonna be entered as League Champions or FA Cup winners. Does anyone now who they play?

Most probably it will be against Manchester United . The Charity shield is all about the winners of FA cup playing the winners of the Premiership
