I HAVE HEARD ALOT ABOUT KLUIVERT BEING INTERESTED IN JUVE AND I WAS WONDERING IF IS A RUMOR OR NOT BECASUE I KNOW HE WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT VAN GAAL LEAVING

BARCELONA (Reuters)(DS) - Dutch international striker Patrick Kluivert insists he wants to stay at Barcelona and see out the
remaining two years of his contract, despite rumours linking him with a move to England.
Kluivert, who joined Barcelona from AC Milan in 1998, has spoken in the past of his desire to play in the premier league at
some point in his career, and Arsenal and Manchester United have both been suggested as likely destinations.
But the 23-year-old striker told Barcelona-based newspaper Sport: "If Barcelona want me to stay, then I'll stay.
"I'm very happy at the club, I've got a contract and I want to remain here.
"I've said that I want to play in the premier league one day but I've got a lot of time ahead of me. When the time comes

decide but I'm not going to force it."
Kluivert is one of eight Dutchman on the Barcelona playing staff and there has been speculation there could be a clear-out
following the departure of coach Louis van Gaal.

DUTCH international striker Patrick Kluivert has declared that he would love to join his international team-mates at Juventus, and announced that negotiations were ongoing between the Italians and his club, Barcelona.
Kluivert’s future has been in doubt since his mentor Louis van Gaal left Camp Nou and he has given a major hint that he may be on his way to Serie A.

Kluivert, who scored the opening goal in Holland’s 3-2 win over France, said: "Playing in Italy again with my friends Edgar Davids and Edwin van der Sar is a definite possibility.

"There are negotiations going on and the move is a possibility, so I don’t see a problem talking about it. But we need to tie up a deal quickly because in football if you wait too long you miss the train.

"When there is a big offer on the table, it is only right that the club speaks about it with the player."

"My life Spain is excellent, but a professional footballer must put his career first. Only I can decide my own future."

The24-year-old has knowledge of Italian football, having spent a spell with Milan, before moving to Barcelona in 1998.

If a transfer is to be completed, it cannot however happen immediately as all deals are frozen until the result of Barca's presidential elections on July 23.
