Mirkovic - transfer

I have heard Juve put Mirkovic on the transfer list. Does anybody know to what club Mirkovic will go? Or perhaps what clubs Juve is negotiating with?

Yep it is true he is added along with Bachini oliseh and esnaider. No clubs have made contact yet. Although Fonseca is likely to go to Sporting lisbon!!

Those who critisize Bata had an opportunity to see Yugoslavian defence without him, and how Koreans had no problem coming to the goal. Only great defence by Kralj and Cicovic saved us from looking like a complete fools. And of course that their strikers are not as good as those on EURO 2000 will be.

I don't really care if another fights starts, but Mirkovic is anything but a great defender. He's average at best. I hope he goes somewhere where he can play, and I wish him well, but anybody who thinks he's a great defender must have been beaten with teh stupid stick.

Tudor played only because Simic, Bilic, and Stimac were missing-or did you forget so despite one of my posts stating that (in addition Zvone was missing)...in fact Tudor just played in the Euro U-21's...he is still young and defenders peak a lot later in their careers...

Who do Yugo have as a defender that is young and can match Tudor? Yeah-you know-no one...

Tudor played well considering the circumstances-being put into such an important game-the experience will only help...

As for "toying", do you mean how Zvone "toyed" with the whole Yugo midfield in Belgrade? The Yugo midfield paid homage to the man they the serbs bowed to and called King...King Zvonimir od Imotski

Oh yeah-Tudor got a third place medal in the World Cup (he played some important minutes against Romania)...Mijatovic and Milosevic sat at home dreaming of being on a Top-3 team in the World Cup...and Mijatovic of playing for his native Montenegro...

Well, all the ball busting aside, Tudor is still a young defender and getting better. He may have screwed up against Yugo, but I don't think he was prepared for that sort of situation. Replacing the guys that were injured, is no easy job.

Blazevic probably shouldn't have picked him. He must have felt Tudor could handle the pressure.

I don't think anything is official, but I've heard that ATletico was interested in him. That'll probably be called off since they're relegated, but he might end up in Spain.

Bata Mirkovis an AVERAGE player. No player in our team is an average-except maybe Govedarica who is welll below average. I hope Bata goes to smaller team where he would get more playing time.

Bata is an average player, nothing more. IF he would be world-class he would be playing for Juve.

Although I love him for the "3-PRSTA ZA TUDJMANA" he is just average.
